The Board

Mallard Run consists of 80 single family homes surrounded by wooded common areas. Our family friendly neighborhood is conveniently located near Love Point Park, Kent Island High School and boasts community access to the Cross Island Trail. The Homeowners Association (HOA) volunteer Board of Directors and residents are actively involved in maintaining Mallard Run as a wonderful place to live.
